Allison Hardin has been with Divorce Helpline since 1999 and is a trained and highly experienced collaborative family law attorney and mediator. Her primary focus is to offer a multitude of options for people and to assist the client on reaching the best solution for them. She is an expert in pension distribution (QDROs) and the special challenges facing families of addiction. She is knowledgeable in the ever-changing area of Domestic Partnerships.
Allison has personally mediated hundreds of cases to settlement and has consulted with countless more in an effort to reach a negotiated settlement outside of the courtroom. Her mediation skills are not limited to the area of family law. Allison has worked with the County of Santa Clara Alternative Dispute Resolution Center to help settle many cases in the community; neighbor disputes, parent-teen issues and juvenile-offender.
Allison strives to engage her clients in the process by encouraging them to take advantage of the opportunity to make thoughtful and informed decisions that take into account the global aspect of their case. In her free-time Allison enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading or playing soccer.
