Thank you for ordering the Complete Divorce Package. We are pleased that you have asked us to handle your case. You can be assured that our years of experience and commitment to quality and simplicity will result in a divorce that meets the highest professional standards.

What We Will Do

On behalf of both spouses, we will prepare and file all court documents required for dissolution of marriage (or legal separation), from the opening of your case through entry of the final judgment. Our attorneys will draft your Marital Settlement Agreement accurately and in a manner that is neutral to you and your spouse. You will not be required to make a personal court appearance.

This package does not include Superior Court filing fees that must be paid to your county, which are currently $435 for each party. We will ask you for these fees, made payable directly to the court, at a later time.
